Rishab has over 10 years of senior management experience within the hospitality industry. He most recently served as the Director of Revenue Management at the resort, analysing revenue maximisation efforts across all income streams, including but not limited to 361 guest Rooms and Suites, Arabian Village Townhouses, Beachfront Villas, over 18 Food and Beverage outlets and the Desert Falls Water & Adventure Park.
In his new role, he will be responsible for managing the overall resort commercial operations across sales and marketing, revenue management, business development, retail and project management. He will build organisational capabilities and manage the overall business delivery for the resort and the water park.
Prior to joining Hilton, Rishab served as the Area Director of Revenue Management at Minor Hotels, formulating long and short term hotel revenue management strategies for five properties in Qatar, during which he managed pre-opening operations of 3 hotels.
