Gamers will have the chance to win BMW lifestyle giveaways and generous cash prizes across 3-days
BMW Group Middle East will be hosting a three-day gaming extravaganza from the 20th till the 22nd of August featuring Fortnite, one of the world’s most popular battle royale games.
The initiative is a first-of-its kind within the region’s automotive industry, bringing a world-renowned automotive brand and an ever-growing population of e-gamers in the Middle East together.
Taking place from 3pm – 11pm daily, the Summer Festival will comprise of gaming tournaments, exciting engagement activities for live viewers, and entertainment activities with prominent influencers and streamers.
The three-day festival will be hosted by prominent Fortnite personalities, Qais Alsultan (aka Seorai) and Feras Akbar (aka Kemuda) and consist of a generous tournament prize pool of $10,500.
Gamers can opt to enter one of two tournaments, including the Solo Tournament and Duo Tournament. Every game will take place on and off live streams and prize pools will be distributed across top players and duos.
Engagement activities include a series of interviews with players, a Fortnite special solo match titled Hunt Kemuda & Custom Car Race where participants from the Live Chat will be selected to play. There will also be Fortnite Dance Offs with top participants, who have the exclusive opportunity to win fantastic BMW lifestyle giveaways.
Throughout the festival, participants can expect a special guest appearance from Ahamd Al-Qahtani, a leading Fortnite personality who goes by the alias of Shongxbong, and a live performance set by DJ Bliss, one of the most renowned artists in the region.

In line with the BMW brand’s major expansion and involvement in computer, online and simulation gaming, BMW Group Middle East has been rapidly growing. Earlier this year the automotive brand launched the Battle of The Gamers eSports tournament, the first of its kind across the BMW Group worldwide.
