Park Hyatt Doha, a sophisticated retreat in the heart of the cultural heart of Msheireb Downtown Doha, recently appointed Esra Parin as the new General Manager of the five-star property.
Prior to joining Hyatt, Parin held key leadership positions across high-end hotel brands in the Middle East and Europe, such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton, and W hotels in Qatar, Turkey, UAE, Jordan, and Greece. A seasoned hotelier with more than twenty years of experience in international luxury hospitality, Parin’s career path includes several pre-opening projects and key openings, project management, operational excellence, building strategic alliances, business development, revenue management and brand positioning.
As an accomplished and forward-thinking leader in the luxury hospitality sector, Parin has achieved successful results for award-winning hotels across a variety of high-end brands. Under her leadership, the properties garnered multiple prestigious accolades including highly recognized industry awards like Conde Nast Traveler, BBC and Timeout.

Parin’s appointment signifies a new era for Park Hyatt Doha, as she becomes the first female General Manager of the property. Her appointment is a pivotal step forward for Hyatt’s Women@Hyatt program, fostering empowerment and representation of female leaders in the hospitality industry.
A global citizen from Turkey, Parin is a bilingual Turkish National and holds a Bachelor degree in Hotel Management and Business Administration from Marmara University in Istanbul.
