Tapestry Collection by Hilton Welcomes Mohamad Al Ezzy as the New Head Chef

Fuwairit Kite Beach, Tapestry Collection by Hilton (FKB) is proud to announce Mohamad Al Ezzyas its new head Chef. Al Ezzy brings more than 20 years of world-class culinary experience to Fuwairit Kite Beach, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, where he will oversee building a reputation for the resort by maintaining a talented and creative kitchen brigade, offering an innovative menu, with the promise of an exceptional culinary experience guests at The Rider, and Hang Loose.

Al Ezzy specialises in creating menus and preparing fusion Arabic speciality dishes. While Al Ezzy’s primary source of inspiration comes from utilizing local ingredients and seasonal produce to enhance classic dishes with a twist in line with the FKB style, he will ensure uplifting menu offerings with the introduction of dishes to keep up with new trends, as well as incorporating seasonal ingredients and local produce in line with Travel with Purpose goals.

Prior to joining the Fuwairit Kite Beach, Tapestry Collection by Hilton team, Al Ezzyheld many positions such as Executive Chef at Al Salam Hotel, Khartoum, Sudan, Executive Chef at Al Salam Rotana Hotel Khartoum, Sudan, Executive Chef at Raouche Arjaan by Rotana Hotel Beirut, Lebanon, Executive Chef at Coral Beirut Al Hamra Hotel, and Executive Chef at Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts. In addition, Al Ezzywas awarded a multitude of Gold Medals across various categories in HORECA Lebanon, including best burger, Prunelle sandwich, wedding cakes, three plated desserts, and three-course Lebanese set menu.

The Rider is the hotel’s California-inspired-cuisine casual dining restaurant offering a range of palatable dishes to energise a thrilling kitesurfing adventure. It is part of the extensive food & beverage offerings at Fuwairit Kite Beach, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
