From the kitchens of Europe and Asia to the luxury resorts of the Middle East, Chef Anders brings more than two decades of experience across world-class hospitality destinations. His globally inspired culinary philosophy is shaped by diverse cultures and cuisines, combining innovation with precision and a deep passion for hospitality.
A graduate of the Copenhagen Hotel and Restaurant School, Chef Anders is widely recognized for his ability to lead large kitchen brigades and translate ambitious culinary concepts into refined guest experiences. His leadership and influence have earned him a place on the Hotelier Middle East Executive Chef Powerlist in 2023 and 2024, highlighting his standing as one of the region’s most respected culinary figures.
