Meet Kim, a dedicated media broadcaster and musician who has spent the last 15 years connecting with communities through storytelling and music. With a genuine passion for sharing experiences, Kim has had the privilege of working as a radio host and presenter in both the Philippines and now in Qatar.

Her journey began in the Philippines, where she spent 12 enriching years at three different radio stations. These formative experiences taught her the importance of listening and engaging with audiences. Two years ago, Kim relocated to Qatar, where she continues to serve the Filipino community through a local radio station, finding joy in every connection she makes.

In addition to her work in broadcasting, Kim has a deep love for music. As a professional violinist, she currently has the honor of conducting Qatar’s first Filipino orchestra. This role holds special significance for her, as it allows her to mentor young musicians and promote the beauty of Filipino music.

Kim is also excited to be launching a new program called “Taste Talk with K,” which will air weekly on PHLV Radio Las Vegas. This show aims to create a relaxed atmosphere for conversations about food and culture, featuring a diverse range of guests. While the program will primarily target audiences in Las Vegas and the U.S., it will also be available on social media, welcoming viewers from all around the world.

Behind the scenes, Kim works closely with a talented team known affectionately as the “Bisdak,” made up of photographers and videographers from Cebu. Together, they strive to capture the essence of Filipino culture and community through their creative endeavors.

With a humble heart, Kim is grateful for the journey she has taken and looks forward to the opportunities that lie ahead. It is a true privilege to share stories and celebrate the rich tapestry of Filipino culture, both in Qatar and beyond. She is thankful for the chance to share this chapter of her life.
