This unique experience brings together the authenticity of Lebanese cuisine with refined Mediterranean touches, offering guests a business lunch that blends authentic Lebanese flavors with contemporary Mediterranean flair.
The lunch menu is inspired by authentic Lebanese recipes featuring daily rotating dishes such as: Moghrabieh, mahshi, ouzi, and kibbeh, prepared with fresh ingredients and carries the warmth of home-style cooking, evoking memories of family gatherings around the table. Each meal includes a variety of appetizers, a main course and dessert or Arabic coffee, all delivered to the table in 15 minutes.
“Lebanese & Beyond” is more than just a business lunch, it is a journey to childhood nostalgia, blended with the sophistication of Mediterranean flavors. Available from Sunday to Thursday, between 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM, at the exceptional price of QAR 55 only. Guests may choose to dine in, order takeaway, or have meals delivered directly to their offices.
This culinary journey is led by Chef Rawad Shaar, who brings over 22 years of experience in Lebanese and international cuisine. A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Arts, Chef Rawad has worked with leading international hotel chains in Qatar, Lebanon, UAE, Sudan, Congo, and across Africa, with a consistent passion for showcasing authentic Lebanese gastronomy.
Commenting on the launch, Chef Rawad said: “In ‘Lebanese & Beyond,’ I wanted to combine the authenticity of Lebanese cuisine and the warmth of home with the refined sophistication of Mediterranean flavors. The aim is to provide our guests with a faster, more elegant business lunch that is also closer to their hearts.”
