Doha’s prime destination for exceptional cuisine, The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, is pleased to announce that Raymond Haddad has joined the team as Restaurant Manager for both Sel & Miel and Flamingos.
Bringing over a decade’s hospitality experience to the role, Raymond has worked in a variety of restaurant settings in his native Lebanon, as well as in Oman and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In his first Qatar-based position, Raymond will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of two key culinary venues, French brasserie Sel & Miel and casual poolside eatery, Flamingos.
On joining the expert team at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, Raymond said, “I’m delighted to become part of The Ritz-Carlton, Doha’s gastronomic legacy.
